For the first time ever, D2D will play Dublin, Ireland on Aug. 29, 2011. Also on the quick UK tour are dates at Shambala Festival near Birmingham and the Belfast Mela Festival. See shows page for details.

Some of you may remember a couple of months back (on an epic drive between Minneapolis and New York City), we asked for a bunch of suggestions for road trip music. To our surprise, that was the hottest facebook topic we’ve ever had – tons of people wrote back suggesting their favorite roadtrip jams. It took us a while (cause some of this stuff was obscure-ishq!), but we dug up a bunch of the tunes, did some editing, and wove them together into the most schizophrenic roadtrip mix we’ve ever listened to. We can’t guarantee it’ll be pretty all the way thru, but definitely worth a listen – with the likes of Collie Budz, TV on the Radio, Bluetech, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, etc etc. There’s bound to be some tunes on there you’ve NEVER heard before.
